I am no stranger to the quality on offer from My-Picture when I previously experienced their super-soft cushions and personalised mugs (click here for the review), which I gave high praise! The brand was launched in 2006 so that people could create ‘tangible’ items using their fantastic imagery (rather than lost deep in the archives of a smartphone or on the cloud), such as framed pictures, lifestyle products, stationery and office goods.
For the purpose of this latest review, I will focus on the calendar section of the My-Picture collection. They offer several different styles (depending on your preference), which allow you to use a variety of images to create a unique and individual calendar design (while keeping on top of those important commitments).
Order Creation
The ordering process is simple: head over to the calendar section and choose your style (wall, kitchen, appointment, desk, panorama, or wall planner), which all have individual size options. Then, you can start on the fun part—the design!
The site offers a fantastic and very intuitive creation method (which is easy to use). You upload your chosen images straight from your computer/smartphone and drop them into place (the process is repeated for each calendar month). Finally, choose a front cover, select a font and type out your personalised text.
Once completed, you just click “order,” and you are ready to go! Then, all you need to do is wait for your personalised calendar to arrive in the mail.
Delivery
Even though it is an entirely custom order, the delivery arrives super fast! It was delivered straight into my letterbox just over a week after the order was placed (and this was even during the overly busy festive period). This alone more than justifies the cost (which is already incredible value for money).
Finished Product
The finished calendar arrived well-packaged (ensuring it was protected against any damage during transit); once opened, the calendar dropped into my eagerly awaiting hands, and I was instantly happy with the completed item.
The calendar is printed on high-quality card, and the print quality is excellent (the colours pop, and the detail is exemplary). The various pages of the calendar flip to each date with ease (there is no worry of the pages catching on the bind), which can often be an issue with poor-quality calendars.
I will be more than happy to hang this stylish creation on the wall in my home.
